f.a.q.s

Absolutely! We provide skills-sharing sessions with our most experienced sales reps and access to insights from top sales experts worldwide at exclusive networking events.

Is the role self employed?

Yes, as a Brand Ambassador at Titan, you’ll be working on a self employed, sub contracted basis. This means you have the flexibility and independence to manage your own schedule, take ownership of your personal development and be rewarded directly for the effort you put in.

We offer both a performance-based pay structure and a brand awareness fee.

You’ll also have access to our full skill sharing and advancement options, ongoing support and the opportunity to grow, whether you’re with us short term or long term.

Is it door to door?

Yes, we prefer to work residentially as part of our on ground activation strategy. This means bringing our clients' brands directly to their target audience in their homes. It’s one of the most effective ways to raise awareness, build trust and drive results, all while developing powerful communication and sales skills in the process.

Do I need sales experience?

No prior sales experience is needed at Titan. We provide skill sharing to help you develop the confidence and communication skills needed to thrive in a sales environment. This not only supports your personal development but ensures we’re representing our clients with care and professionalism.

How are Brand Ambassadors paid?

We offer two payment structures: a Brand Ambassador fee plus commission incentives or a traditional commission based performance pay.

Why do you call yourselves professional fundraisers?

We use the term professional fundraisers because we represent well known and respected non profit organisations and that comes with real responsibility. A large majority of the clients we work with are charities, which means our role involves not only raising awareness and support but also upholding their values with care and integrity.

It requires more than just enthusiasm; it takes skill, compassion, emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate clearly and ethically with members of the public. Being professional in this role means consistently meeting high standards, representing our clients with credibility and doing so in a way that reflects the importance of the cause.

While much of our work is in the non profit space, we also work commercially, which adds another level of versatility to the skill set developed in this role. From resilience and active listening to leadership and teamwork, the skills gained are highly transferable, making this more than just a fundraising role. It's a professional path that opens doors and builds people.
