Inside Our Q1 Owners & Admin Meeting: Mindset, Growth and Momentum for 2026

Our recent Q1 Owners & Admin Meeting was a powerful way to start the year for the Titan Worldwide Team, a day rooted in alignment, reflection and momentum as we move forward together as a growing organisation.


Bringing leaders and administrators from across the business into one room is always valuable, but this meeting felt particularly significant. Coming off the back of an incredible year, there was a clear sense of energy, focus and excitement about what’s ahead. You could feel that the industry is shifting and that we’re stepping into the next level with intention.


Learning From Those Who’ve Done the Impossible

One of the highlights of the day was hearing from our guest speaker, Bonita Norris, the youngest British woman to climb Mount Everest. Listening to her journey was inspiring in itself, but what truly resonated was her insight into mindset and resilience.

A key takeaway many of us shared was her concept of “success by smallness”, the idea that the biggest achievements are built through small, consistent actions taken every day. Everest wasn’t conquered in one moment, just as meaningful progress in business or personal development doesn’t happen overnight.


That message strongly reflects how we approach our work. For our clients, real impact is created through consistent, high quality representation and daily conversations that build trust over time. Small actions compound and that’s where long term results come from.


Strengthening the Foundations Behind the Scenes

Alongside the guest session, our admin meeting was led by Organisational Head of Admin, Justyna, and Head Office Manager, Jem, who shared insights, structure and direction that continue to strengthen how we operate across all locations.


Our administrative teams play a critical role in supporting our Brand Ambassadors and leaders, and these sessions are about ensuring that as we grow, our standards, systems and support grow with us.


Community, Energy and What Comes Next

Throughout the day, what stood out most was the sense of community in the room. From conversations between sessions to the shared reflections captured throughout the meeting, there was a clear alignment around growth, not just as an organisation, but as individuals within it.


These meetings matter because they remind us why we do what we do. They create space to learn, challenge thinking, recognise progress and reconnect with the bigger picture, for our people and for the clients we represent.


As we move further into 2026, the tone has been set. The energy is high, the mindset is aligned and the focus is clear. We’re excited about what’s ahead and proud of the people who make it possible.
